Tracie James, MA, LPC-S, earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Seminary of the Southwest in 2016. She brings a broad range of skills and experience in supporting clients through diverse mental health challenges, with a focus on providing holistic and culturally sensitive care.
Throughout her career, Tracie has pursued extensive training and certifications in evidence-based and integrative approaches, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-conscious yoga method, and internal family systems (IFS) therapy.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic, emphasizing the connection between mind and body to support healing and personal growth.
Outside of her work, Tracie enjoys singing and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dogs.
