Macy Margolin (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing under the supervision of Andrea Turnipseed, LCSW. Macy holds an undergraduate degree in biology from Colorado College and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin. She has experience working with families, groups, and individuals in a variety of mental health settings, including as a wilderness therapy field guide, in an inpatient crisis program, and providing counseling at an alternative high school. Macy focuses on cultivating wholeness and vitality through discovering, honoring, and integrating the whole of who we each are. She supports clients in the journey of learning to listen for, connect with, and express their innermost authentic selves. Macy has worked with trauma, gender and sexuality, racial identity, building emotional literacy, family dynamics, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.
Her professional interests include the intersection of mental health and social justice, psychedelic medicine, and ecotherapy.
In her free time, Macy enjoys art, baking, soccer, and exploring the local food, art, and music scenes.
