Macy Margolin (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing under the supervision of Andrea Turnipseed, LCSW. Macy holds an undergraduate degree in biology from Colorado College and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin. She has experience working with families, groups, and individuals in a variety of mental health settings, including as a wilderness therapy field guide, in an inpatient crisis program, and providing counseling at an alternative high school. Macy focuses on supporting clients in cultivating a sense of wholeness and vitality in their lives. Her therapeutic approach is proactive, warm, candid, and practical. Macy supports clients in exploring a variety of challenges, including trauma processing, identity exploration (gender, sexuality, race), emotional awareness, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and psychedelic integration.

Her professional interests include the intersection of mental health and social justice, psychedelic medicine, and ecotherapy.

In her free time, Macy enjoys art, baking, and exploring the local food, art, and music scenes.
