Psychotherapy Program Manager


Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working in the mental health field for over fifteen years with the focus of community mental health.

Jennifer aims to provide a client-centered approach to help people unlock their inner wisdom and expertise. Her clinical work is from a relational and strength-based perspective, however Jennifer also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and somatic interventions. A diverse work background has provided Jennifer extensive experience working with addictions, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. She also enjoys supporting people through various life challenges, like relationship issues, grief and loss, school and career stress, and self-actualization.

As psychotherapy program manager, Jennifer gets to provide support to some of the best clinicians in Austin providing KAP and psychotherapy at Roots.

During her free-time, Jennifer enjoys staying active and tapping into her inner-child through sports. You can find her long-boarding, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and mountain biking in the Austin area.
